Payment – what are my choices?

We accept most credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club International. Orders can be made online through our site or over the phone.

We also accept PayPal, Wire Transfer (for larger customers), and occasionally checks in certain situations.

Remember, all orders with us come with a money back guarantee. Furthermore, the security of orders placed with us is our highest priority. Authorize.net is the vendor that will process your card and the name that will appear on your credit card bill. Authorize.net processes hundreds of millions of dollars each year and is recognized by banks and credit card companies as being safe, secure and reliable.

Phone orders are processed by Authorize.net, and billing will be under the name of Manor Abbey LLC.

What is the delivery time?

For oil paintings, we usually complete the painting in 14 days, with another 7-10 days needed for framing and shipping. For digital paintings expect 4-5 days for the creative process then 5-7 days for framing and shipping.

What happens if the painting is damaged when I receive it? Or if the painting goes missing before it reaches me?

It is unusual that paintings are delivered damaged, or go missing, but when that happens we make good. If the parcel is obviously damaged, immediately inform the delivery company / courier, and let us know also. We then begin immediate work on rectifying the situation.

Note: As per our guarantee, if you are unhappy with the art we will refund your money. If you receive the painting but are dissatisfied please contact us and tell us you wish to return it. We will then give you the address (US or Canadian depending on your location) and you can mail the package to us with your order number or name printed clearly on the outside. As soon as we receive it, we’ll process the refund.

If returning a painting please take care to ensure it is well packaged.

Is shipping free? Do you ship to places outside the US and Canada?

Shipping is free within the continental US and Canada, and no handling or shipping costs will be charged.

For customers outside the US/Canada, we offer free shipping only on unframed paintings.

What happens if I don’t like the photos you send of the art?

An artist will work with you to make the changes you’d like. Only when you are completely satisfied will we send the painting.

What quality can I expect?

We pride ourselves on quality, and our team of artists has an average of 20+ years of experience. We use the best paints and canvas, and as a trip to any museum will show, oil paintings last a VERY long time if not ill-treated. For digital paintings, we use the very latest printing technology and ink to ensure the final product is crisp, with accurate colors, and long-lasting.

I am not sure about my photo resolution, will you check before beginning work?

Yes, we will check quality and there is any potential problem we will let you know. We can accept files up to 6mb in size, meaning a large photo taken in the highest resolution on an iPhone 6, for example, will be no problem at all.

For paintings, we can work from old and even damaged photos, as long as the detail is clear enough for the artist to recreate it by hand in oil paints.
